1. Check whether the electrical wiring is accurate and whether there is any looseness. Check whether the detection elements such as thermocouples and melt sensors are in good condition.
2. Check whether all inlet and outlet water pipes, oil pipes, and vacuum pipes are unblocked and leak-free, and whether the control valves are adjusted flexibly. Check whether the anchor bolts of the whole unit are tightened.
3. Check all lubrication points and clean all connected lubrication points again. Start the lubricating oil pump and check whether the lubrication of each lubricating oil circuit is uniform and stable.
4. Confirm whether the combination of the main engine screw and barrel is suitable for the material formula to be extruded. If it is not suitable, it should be re-combined and adjusted.
5. Check whether the main engine cooling system is normal and whether there is any abnormality. Each barrel section must be cooled before use
