An electromagnetic heater is actually a device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat.
Heating coil winding methods generally include circular winding and U-shaped winding.
Note: After winding the coil, measure the coil inductance to be 110-130uH (the specific amount depends on the power).
The heater coil shall be braided with high temperature resistant cable with mica wrapped glass fiber. When multiple coils are used for stacking work, the distance between the coils should be greater than 50mm in the case of circular winding; the distance between the coils should be greater than 20mm in the case of circular U-shaped winding.
