Product description
1. The shredded pieces and film bags will be put into the Plastic Squeezing Pelletizer Machine. Driven by the reducer, the inner screw pushes the material into the drainage bin. Then, the hydraulic cylinder is pressed down by the dynamic pressure tank to form a new tapered port with the fixed pressure tank cone port, so that the material is left in the drainage tank until there is too much material. Then the material will be squeezed and excess water will be discharged through the drain hole.
2. The current of the reducer controls the vertical movement of the hydraulic cylinder. This current can be set manually. When the current is higher than the horizontal current, the hydraulic cylinder raises the silo so that the material is squeezed out; when the current is lower than the horizontal current, the hydraulic cylinder lowers the silo so that the water is discharged and the squeeze Dry effect.
