The PP/ABS plastics of different colors are sorted out, and the ABS plastics are pelletized through a two-stage extrusion pelletizing unit.


Salt water rinsing: It can remove the relatively large-sized sand and gravel mixed in the plastic, remove the waste rubber, rubber caps, partitions, etc., and the lead-acid wet crushing in the diluted plastic: the PP/ABS plastic after the previous treatment, because of the The sand and stone are effectively removed, which can effectively increase the service life of the crusher blade. Large pieces of PP/ABS plastic are crushed into pieces of about 18mm under the action of the high-speed rotating knife of the crusher, with uniform size, which is beneficial to the subsequent processing procedures. Because the material is violently rubbed between the blade and the screen during the crushing process, through wet crushing, the material is also cleaned to a certain extent while being crushed.


High-speed friction cleaning: This process is mainly through the high-speed rotation of the spiral spindle, using the collision of blades, screens and materials to clean the materials efficiently. The dirt on the materials is thrown to the screen under the action of huge centrifugal force. And flow out from the screen mesh with water.

High-speed dewatering: PP/ABS plastics after sieving, crushing and washing contain a large amount of water, and the water attached to the plastics must be removed during subsequent processing. This processing line adopts the principle of high-speed centrifugal dehydration, and the water attached to the plastic surface is removed by the principle of centrifugal dehydration. High-speed centrifugal dehydration not only has high efficiency and large output, but also has good dehydration effect.


Hot air drying: After centrifugal dehydration, there is still a certain amount of moisture on the surface of the material, and further dehydration is needed to carry out subsequent film separation and color sorting. The drying of this process is carried out by hot air drying. The specific implementation is as follows: during the process of screw conveying, the material is conveyed by hot air into the screw conveyor. The upper part of the screw conveyor is equipped with an exhaust air outlet. Slow, the material and hot air can exchange heat for a long time, and the drying effect is good. At the same time, the energy consumption and noise should be small.


Film separation: The structure of the Z-type winnowing machine is adopted. By optimizing the air duct structure and adopting the closed air valve, the way of feeding and discharging is changed, so that the plastic and the plastic film can be completely separated.
