1. Connect the electricity and water, and check whether the connection is normal. If there is any abnormality, please contact in time --- overhaul.
2. Check whether there is any problem with the heating circuit, turn on the heating system, and heat the die head of the pelletizer and the main and auxiliary machines of the whole machine according to the melting temperature of various plastics.
3. Turn on the motor of the main machine and slowly add the prepared plastic into the hopper of the granulator. Observe carefully. When the main machine is discharged, the manufacturer of the waste plastic film granulator will turn on the auxiliary machine and observe the load condition. When the output wire enters the pelletizer, adjust the speed of the pelletizer so that the speed is synchronized with that of the pelletizer, and then observe whether the plastic particles meet the standard.
