Partial structure of twin screw extruder

The twin screw extruder is mainly composed of two parts: the transmission part and the extrusion part.

The transmission part provides torque for the screw. The weak torque output is the guarantee of the efficient operation of the twin-screw extruder; the extrusion part is mainly composed of the barrel, threaded elements and mandrel, and the material is plasticized, mixed and extruded in this area. , All technical advancements of twin-screw extruder will also be present in these two parts collectively, and constitute the symbol of the renewal of twin-screw extruder.

Central Skill One Compared with other models, the transmission part of the twin-screw extruder has an obvious feature that is different in the transmission system. The twin-screw extruder requires the power to be evenly distributed to the two screws in a confined space. This is the torque distribution technique. Different torque distribution skills determine the carrying capacity of the gearbox and even directly affect the life and function of the whole machine.

Traditional parallel three-axis torque distribution technology The traditional parallel three-axis torque distribution technology is a sophisticated twin-screw extruder transmission technology. Most of the gearboxes of foreign twin-screw extruders use this structure in the early stage. As shown in the traditional parallel three-axis transmission principle diagram, the power from the motor is evenly distributed to the A and B output shafts in parallel, that is, the A and B shafts each bear 50% of the torque.
