②Pay attention to the mixing of materials after the equipment starts abnormally, and the materials should be added slowly in the order of request.
③Prepare seal rings, rubber rings for couplings, V-belts and rolling bearings. These parts are easy to malfunction and should be replaced in real time when needed.
④ On schedule (as usual in the first quarter) check whether the fasteners are loose; check the tightness of the V-belt installation; clean and remove dirt and dust from all parts of the equipment.
Hybrid machine training and repair can usually be carried out quickly within one year. Pay attention to the following points:
①Check and trim the clearance between the mixing paddle, the scraper and the wall of the mixing chamber to comply with the requirements in the table below.
②Disassemble each rolling bearing, wash and inspect; replace major wear parts. Replace the grease and sealing ring.
③Check whether the main drive shaft is bent or worn.
④ Introspect the washing of the cylinder, replace the wearing parts of the sealing ring and the guide sleeve, and check whether the piston rod is deformed or worn.
⑤ After the important machine inspection, make a record, take an exam when necessary, prepare the machine accessories, and propose the next training and replacement.
