Product Description:
1. The main hose of pipe extruder machine uses a 33:1 high efficiency single screw and high torque motor with high output.
2. The pipe extruder machine includes: vacuum feeder, drying hopper, SJ65 single screw extruder, color line extruder, muold, vacuum setting tank, spray cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and stacker.
3. The extruder uses ABB inverter, Siemens motor, Siemens contactor, Schneider circuit breaker, Omron temperature controller, ensure the long-term operation of the equipment is more stable.
4. The vacuum setting tank and spray cooling tank are made of stainless steel with filters and silencers.
5. HDPE/PP/PE/PPR pipe adopts toothless ring cutting, and the cut is neat and smooth.
