1. Belt material: 5mm thick PVC with long service life

3.Single Screw Extruder
1. Single screw extruder with vacuum exhaust system
2. Single-screw extruders rely on physical shear to "softly melt" pre-compacted materials. For different materials, screw compression ratio, length to diameter ratio, shear, mixing, exhaust will be targeted design. The barrel screw can be sprayed or welded with alloy to provide service life.
Horizontal water ring pelletizing system
1. The exclusive use of horizontal water ring pelletizing system can realize the fusion of "20 pure PP die face
2. The linear guide rail used in the system greatly facilitates the operation and maintenance of the system: the split design is more convenient for cleaning and tool change
