Product Description
1. The screw and barrel of the pelletizing line are made of 38CrMoAl, and the surface is hardened by nitriding, with a long service life;
2. The gear box of the granulation line adopts hard tooth surface oil cooling gear box, the weight is reduced by half compared with the soft tooth gear box, wear resistance, service life is increased by 3 to 4 times, and bearing capacity is increased by 8 to 10 times;
3. After PE film granule recycling line is discharged, the water ring cuts the granules directly, dehydrates by the dehydration machine, sorts the appropriate granules by the vibrating screen, and is sent to the storage silo by the fan.
4. Drainage port and vacuum pump are provided on the barrel of the pelletizing line to ensure the quality of the particles.
The PE film granule recycling line with special design can assure the good compounding effect and more solid pellet.
