Plastic Dewatering Pelletizing Machine developed by our company integrates the functions of three machines, such as dewatering machine, dryer and granulator, which simplifies the process of squeezing and granulating the film woven bag.
Our company has developed a plastic film squeezing dewatering pelletizing machine for this kind of washed film material. It adopts the principle of extrusion dewatering granulation, plastic film (including plastic film, plastic film, PP woven bag, snakeskin bag, space bag). After washing, the water can be quickly squeezed and granulated.
Machine Features
The Plastic Film Squeezing Dewatering Pelletizing Machine adopts a special gearbox structure and screw design, combined with the extrusion principle, can realize continuous production. The plastic granules it produces have no moisture because the plastic is directly cut into irregular coarse granules after being pressed. After the waste plastic is crushed, it can be directly put into the granulator for granulation without a forced feeder.

2.Different screws and barrel ,Our screw L/D is 6:1, and other factory is L/D is 4:1 , for example diameter 350mm screw, length is 2100mm. if L/D:4:1, the length is 1400mm.
Why we choose L/D is 6:1 ,not 4:1. Because It is very import to material!
3.Our electric control box has big space!!! The space is large enough, the control cabinet is easier to dissipate heat, and the equipment runs more stable!
