The waste film recycling granulation line used for the above various film recycling can generally recommend the following two commonly used models:


1. Film recycling granulator without crushing treatment

The three-in-one extruder includes crushing, extruding, granulating and other functions to reduce turnover transportation and achieve a high-efficiency extrusion production line


The advantages of this three-in-one film granulator are: high efficiency, high output, wide application range, low labor intensity, and high quality of produced particles


The shortcoming is that the cutting and crushing machine is exposed to air, which is easy to oxidize and degrade. Compared with the forced feeding extruder, the energy consumption is higher, and the maintenance cost and operation difficulty are relatively high.


The main application range of this model is: film, fiber material, etc.


2. Granulator for recycling the broken film

Forced feed extrusion granulator is another commonly used model besides compact machine granulator

The advantage of this forced-feed film pelletizing unit is that it has lower power consumption and lower energy consumption than the compacting machine pelletizer above, but the output is not as high as the three-in-one pelletizing unit, so customers can purchase according to their own needs.


The downstream equipment of the film granulation production line are: chute, centrifugal dehydrator, vibrating screen, air delivery, silo, etc.
