Product Description:
This plastic recycling line is used for PP,PE,ABS,PA,PS etc plastic crushed material extruding and granule-making.It adopts the two-step structure(two stage) to meet the double-layer filter purpose(screen changer).It can effectively remove the impurities from the recyced material and fully exhaust the gas.It can produce ample,consolidated and luster granules.
Screen Changer：

2. Nitriding and polishing of runner surface
3.Pressure and temperature control
4. When pressure is nearly reach alarm value, hydraulically change to another station.
