The double screw extruder details:
Screw
1. The screw is a key part to complete the transportation and plasticization of the plastic. Due to its rotation, the plastic is pushed forward, so as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization.
2. The thread is composed of different functional sections to achieve good conveying, compacting, mixing, and plasticizing effects and high output.
3. The screw material is made of nitrided steel (38CrMoALA), which is finely machined and nitrided and ground, which has high corrosion resistance and wear resistance and long service life.
Barrel
1. The barrel is a part paired with the screw. The barrel is made of nitrided steel, and the inner hole is nitrided to achieve higher hardness and better wear resistance, and has corrosion resistance.
2.There is a heater on the outer surface of the barrel, and the heat is transferred from the barrel to the plastic to melt and plasticize the plastic. There are temperature measurement points on each part of the barrel with the heater, which can be automatically controlled within the plastic processing temperature range.
3.The heating zone of the barrel is equipped with air circulation cooling, which can accelerate the cooling of the barrel and improve the accuracy of temperature control.
Head flange connection body
It is a part that connects the machine head and the barrel, and has a heating ring inside to prevent the cooling of the molten plastic.
Transmission system
1. The transmission system makes the screw rotate uniformly with torque to complete the plasticization and conveying of the plastic by the screw. In order to meet the production requirements of various specifications of plastic products, the screw should have different speeds
2. This machine uses a variable frequency motor to directly drive the gear box through the coupling, and uses a speed regulator to achieve speed regulation, so that the screw speed is smooth and stepless within the speed adjustment range.
