Product Introduction
The Plastic Pellet Extruder Machine is a kind of machine generally used to process the water into plastic granules. It mainly consists of the compactor, hydraulic screen changer, vibrating screen and other parts. The product line can be specially designed according to the cleanness of the customer's raw material and the quality requirement of the final product.
Compactor
Compactor cutter can effectively dry materials, agglomerate, friction self-heating, high-speed forced feed into the screw after the material reaches a certain temperature. As well as improve the output and reduce the heating of the screw to the plastic, accelerate the plasticization process.
Hydraulic screen changer
Hydraulic screen changer is installed on the extruder die-head to effectively remove the impurities in the material; different quality of the finished product can be produced through the use of different mesh filters.
The special design of the extruder head part can effectively remove the hidden moisture inside the material and improve the granulation quality.
It can also be equipped with a three-stage granulation system, using three extruders to pass the material through secondary filtration, making the produced particles cleaner and higher quality.
Vibrating screen
It also can be equipped with a vibrating screen to sort out unqualified products; making the product particle size uniform and nice looking. The follow-up pelleting type can choose to strand/noodle pelletizer, or die face cutting (water ring pelletizer) to save labor and reduce waste.

From raw material crushing, cleaning, feeding to pelletizing, all are automated and easy to operate. Its heating system can automatically heat production, avoiding continuous heating, saving electricity and energy.
